Return Policy
We guarantee our products are free of defects. We give you thirty days to return any damaged merchandise. There will be no restocking fee. Returns can either be in the form of money back or store credit. No returns will be accepted after thirty days of date of sale.
Products related to self-hygiene and self-care (products that have come in contact with the body) cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
All returns will require the following information:
- Detailed reason for return
- Original packaging
- Order number
Please fill out the form provided under returns to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) code. Once you obtain the code, you must include it outside the box in a visible place. If there is no code, the merchandise will not be accepted.
