Q.  Can I place an order by phone?

A.  Of course.  To place an order by phone, simply call us toll free at 1-866-633-6300.


Q.  Once I place an order, how long does it take before the order is shipped from your warehouse?

A.  Orders placed before 2:00 P.M. CST usually ship the same business day.  Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. CST will usually ship the next business day.  All shipments are subjed to stock availability.


Q.  Do you offer Next-Day or Second Day Express shipment?

A.  Yes.  Please contact us for express rates at info@localmedsupplies.com  or call 1-866-633-6300.  Free shipping offer does not apply, if shipping using express services.


Q.  Will you ship international orders?

A.  No.  At this time we do not ship international orders.


Q.  What credit cards can I use to place my order? 

A.  We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, Master Card and Visa.


Q.  How do I return a product?

A.  Before returning any item, call 1-866-633-6300, Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. CST to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
